Re-Sauce was founded by Gordon Dutch, Lee Baker & Ian Sempers in 2020, all well-known and highly respected figures in the Pro-AV, IT/UC, CI & CE Industries. Between them, the founders have well over 60 years experience across these key markets.
Having previously built, owned, merged and even floated various AV & IT businesses, the level of contacts and experience Re-Sauce provides is unparalleled. Re-Sauce was specifically formed to provide expert business, sales and strategy advice to brands either in the Pro-AV, IT/UC, CI & CE markets or brands looking to enter that space.
As of January 2026, Re-Sauce specialises in all areas of sales, PR and marketing, from providing a board level strategy overview, through to highly detailed sales plans. Re-Sauce can even help you hire the talent you require on a short-term contract or fully employed basis.
There is virtually no one and no company that Re-Sauce does not know and usually at board level. We provide introductions to Global AV Consultants, leading Pro-AV, IT/UC, CI & CE brands, and Distributors, thought to System Integrators, Value-Added Re-sellers and even End Users.
