Community & Impact
At Re-Sauce, giving back isn’t a side initiative - it’s part of how we operate.
As a business built on long-term relationships, we believe in supporting the communities and industries we’re part of, whether that’s through charity partnerships, industry initiatives, or more local, hands-on involvement. Looking ahead, we’ll continue to invest our time, expertise, and resources into initiatives that matter - supporting both our industry and the communities around us.
Charities & Industry Support
We’re proud to support a number of organisations making a meaningful difference across the UK and beyond.
Lord's Taverners
Over the years, Gordon has organised and delivered multiple fundraising events, raising significant funds for the Lord's Taverners, UK youth cricket and disability sports charity. He has also donated cricket equipment and signed memorabilia to support charity auctions.

Together for Cinema
Re-Sauce is a long-time supporter and original corporate sponsor of Together for Cinema, a Community Interest Company, which has delivered over £1 million worth of AV equipment and installations to children’s hospices across the UK.
Giving Back Tech
We support Giving Back Tech. a Together for Cinema initiative, helping extend the life of technology through reuse and redistribution to those who need it most.

Local Community
Alongside national initiatives, we actively support a wide range of local charities and organisations, both as a business and individually. This includes long-term involvement with:
-
Tring Park Cricket Club
-
Tring Rugby Club
-
Tring Tornadoes
-
Rennie Grove Hospice
-
Hospice of St Francis
-
Community Action Dacorum
-
Wood Oaks Trust
-
Emmaus
Our directors, Gordon and Toni, have been long-standing volunteers and sponsors across many of these organisations.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We’re committed to supporting a more inclusive and representative AV industry.
Beky Cann, Head of Global PR & Marketing, is an active advocate for diversity and inclusion. She is a committee member of the AVIXA Women's Council UK and supports initiatives such as Rise AV and Rise Broadcast. She was also selected as a delegate for the inaugural Rise AV Elevate leadership programme (2025–2026).
Gordon Dutch has consistently supported and championed women across the industry and within the businesses he has led.

Sustainability
We are taking practical steps to reduce our environmental impact as we grow.
-
Transitioning all company vehicles to hybrid or fully electric
-
Operating as a paperless business
-
Planning for solar installation in the near future
We recognise this is an ongoing journey and are committed to continuing to improve.
