The process normally starts with an informal discussion around the needs of the client. We like to listen first and ask relevant questions to assess your needs. After the initial discussions, we normally suggest that we spend some time together to create a ‘discovery project’. This project helps Re-Sauce fully understand how your business runs and what your requirements are. We then generally create a detailed SWOT for you to consider the key areas of the business that might require attention and build out from there.

Gordon Dutch launched and built up his BBG Distribution business in 1992 during one of the deepest recessions the world had ever seen. Despite that, BBG flourished and became one of the most respected and successful AV distributors in Europe. In 2009 during the banking crisis, Gordon sold the business to Peerless Industries Inc and joined their Global board launching the brand Peerless-AV. Whilst Peerless was a successful brand in the US, very few people had heard of them outside of the US and yet within 10 years Peerless-AV had become the brand of choice all across the Globe and a major player in the EMEA business. Peerless-AV and Gordon won numerous awards, most recently they were awarded the Queens Award for Enterprise for their substantial and continued growth in Export sales.
Lee Baker was an integral part of the incredible success story that is Midwich Group Plc. Midwich was for many years regarded as the ‘par excellence’ of Pro-AV & IT Distributors within the UK. After a number of management buy-outs, Midwich floated in 2016 and then their incredible appetite for growth and development was shown in their acquisition of a number of businesses inside and outside the UK. This carefully planned and executed strategy saw Midwich turning over in excess of £680 mill pa by 2019 and with a Global presence as far reaching as Australia and USA.
Ian Sempers was the founder and owner of Medium UK Ltd. Under Ian’s leadership Medium UK grew into one of the most successful and specialist Pro-AV distributors in the UK. Technical knowledge and customer service was at the heart of Medium’s proposition. Ian’s structured and measured approach to running his business saw him sell to DCC/Exertis in 2016.
