Unified Support is a fairly new business working in the supply of both short and longer-term AV technicians into the AV/UC and IT Business and Mike Nield their Co-Founder and Director was good enough provide the following reference for our website…


“We contacted Re-Sauce having known of Gordon’s previous successes at BBG and Peerless. We had seen Gordon at virtually every Industry event we personally attended and plenty we hadn’t been able to attend.


Having had a number of calls via Zoom, we agreed to go ahead with a Brand Awareness and Sales Campaign for the business. We wanted this campaign to have maximum impact to the AV/UC & IT Industry, as our business only works via the Channel and not with End Users.


What impressed us when working with Gordon, was the speed that he was able to understand our business and identify our USP’s. Not only did he identify and extract all our USP’s for the campaign, but he also suggested some new areas that he felt we could grow our business into.


Having defined a clear plan of action together, most of which was suggested and laid out by Re-Sauce, we embarked on a 3-month campaign of Brand Awareness, coupled with some “direct” sales introductions from Gordon himself.


I have to say that the results were absolutely stunning... Gordon negotiated the supply of a number of free interviews with all the leading UK AV Titles saving us a lot of money in that regard. He also reached out at top-level, to all the major UK System Integrators and introduced us personally to them via e-mail. Not only did the interviews create some clear and direct leads, but so did the introductions.


On top of interviews with AV Magazine, AV News and Inavate, all organised and scripted by Re-Sauce, we also asked Re-Sauce to undertake a short-term Social Media Campaign for us, which was very carefully planned and targeted to grow our presence on Social Media. In the first week alone, we saw a staggering 2900% increase in engagement from that campaign and again more direct leads.


As a fairly new and small business, we are always very careful with what we invest… However, I would say in the 3 years since we started the business, working with Gordon and Re-Sauce has been by far and away the best investment we have made in that time.


Not only does Gordon bring a wealth of experience and contacts, but the process was very clear, detailed and delivered fantastic results. He is also great fun to work with and spend time with, which is always a bonus.
