DTEN

DTEN approached Re-Sauce for some assistance around some Strategic Planning on Press & PR, initially for the UK in 2021, which expanded to all EMEA shortly after. DTEN also requested Business and Sales Introductions to the AV Consultant Market and some specific UK & EMEA Distributors, System Integrators & VAR’s.

To assist with this project, Re-Sauce undertook a Strategic Review of all DTEN’s Marketing Assets. Having understood the Key Pillars of the brand, Re-Sauce set about expanding on the Key USP’s from both a Sales & Marketing perspective. 

Once the key USP’s had been approved by DTEN, Re-Sauce were requested to initially target the Pro-AV Trade Press to develop Thought Leadership pieces across all the leading EMEA Pro-AV Titles. After the success achieved in the UK, DTEN asked Re-Sauce to expand and provide in territory PR for their focus territories, including DACH, France, Spain and the Middle East. On the sales side, Re-Sauce worked with their UK, DACH and EMEA Sales Teams to review and introduce new business to them. 

Re-Sauce assisted with the creation and distribution of DTEN’s EMEA Press until the end of 2023, providing local translations and PR into all the key EMEA regions. Re-Sauce organised various Speaking Opportunities for DTEN at the 2022 ISE show and a highly successful Press Event, attended by all the Key Pro-AV Press from UK, EMEA, DACH, France, Spain and the US. During 2022, Re-Sauce assisted in creating a number of award entries for DTEN, which resulted in DTEN being shortlisted in all the awards they entered and winning the much-coveted UC Today Award.

In addition, Re-Sauce also helped write and deliver a number of case studies for DTEN across Europe, and provided a wide range of Media Buying all across all UC, IT, Comms and Channel titles in Europe, all at very aggressive pricing. Together with the high level of Press & PR, this created a significant level of direct lead generation for the brand.

Re-Sauce also worked with DTEN on their highly successful “Multi-Platform” launch during Q4 2022. Plus provided Press & PR support at all the major Pro-AV, UC & IT shows across Europe, including support staff on hand at ISE, BETT, UC EXPO and IT Partners in France and many other events across EMEA.

Re-Sauce provided DTEN with a full range of PR Tools, including EIN/PR Newswire and detailed reporting using both the Releasd and Cision platforms. Thus allowing DTEN and all our other Re-Sauce clients the ability to review the “Ad Equivalency” that Re-Sauce and our PR achieves.

The relationship between DTEN and Re-Sauce is another great example of the partnership and services Re-Sauce provides.
